This is an intro to a sequel of posts about different diets on the market.
There are soooooooo many different diets out there with each one achieving different goals. We will be going into further depth of as many different diets as possible explaining what it helps achieve, how it helps achieve it and what is required of us in order to achieve it.
Offcourse some diets are more extreme than others and are intended only for athletes while other diets are much easier to implement.
However keep in mind that no matter what diet you follow they all require sacrifices, hard work and dedication, but Hay that’s what makes all the results that much more satisfying.
